Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MyStakeIQ service ("Service") provided by Respublica Ventures Sdn Bhd. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the company you represent. The Service is intended for use by employees, advisors and registrars of Bursa Malaysia listed issuers and regulated entities.

2. Account responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials and MFA device secure.
  • One person, one account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
  • Notify us immediately at info@respublica.my if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or circumvent the Service.
  • Probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without our written authorisation.
  • Upload data you do not have the right to process under PDPA or your shareholder mandates.
  • Use the Service to compete with us by reselling raw outputs.

4. Your data

You retain all rights in the ROD data and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the Service. We will not access your data except (a) at your instruction, (b) to operate the Service, or (c) when legally required.

We provide the software platform only. We do not source, supply, verify or publish any Record of Depositors or shareholder information: every register in the Service is uploaded by you, and you are solely responsible for having the right to obtain, upload and use it, and for how you use or share any output derived from it.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but provide no guarantee. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. Beta features may be modified or withdrawn.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach (including security abuse or non-payment after grace period). You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription; access continues to the end of the paid cycle.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Outputs (signals, anomalies, concentration figures) are informational only and do not constitute investment, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
