These Terms & Conditions cover the commercial relationship between Respublica Ventures Sdn Bhd("MyStakeIQ") and the subscribing entity ("Subscriber") for paid access to the Service. They are supplemental to the Terms of Use; in case of conflict, these Terms & Conditions prevail for billing matters.

1. Subscription

Subscriptions are processed by Curlec (a Razorpay Malaysia business). Payment authorisation is via FPX, DuitNow or other channels offered by Curlec.
Each subscription runs for the cycle and quantity stated on the pricing page (or in your order form). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

2. Fees and taxes

Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and exclude SST and other applicable taxes, which will be added at the prevailing rate.
MyStakeIQ may revise fees with at least 30 days' advance notice; revised fees apply at the next renewal cycle.

3. Payment failures and past due

On payment failure the account moves to past due. We will retry per Curlec's standard retry schedule. If the account remains unpaid for 14 days after the first failure, access to upload and dashboard endpoints may be suspended until the balance is cleared.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel from the Billing page at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Free trial

Trial periods, if offered, are limited in duration and to a single trial per company. We may end trials early if we detect abuse.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not offered for partial billing cycles. Material service failures attributable to MyStakeIQ may be addressed by service credit at our reasonable discretion.

7. Changes to the service

We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service. Material removals affecting paid subscribers will be announced in advance and, where reasonable, a comparable alternative will be offered.

8. Acceptable use (commercial)

One subscription per Subscriber unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each package covers the number of counters stated for it — one on single-company packages, and up to the stated number on the Club deal. Counters already added are not removed if a Subscriber moves to a package that covers fewer; adding more is not possible until it does.
The Subscriber is responsible for the actions of its users on the platform.
Resale, white-labelling, or providing the Service as part of a managed offering requires a separate agreement.

9. Referral programme

A Subscriber may share its referral link or code with other companies. When a company that signed up through it pays for a 1-year package, the referring Subscriber receives one month of additional access.
One reward is given for each referred company, however many times it later renews. Only 1-year packages qualify.
The reward is credited as access to the Service, added to the end of the referring Subscriber's paid period, or held until its next payment if no paid period is running. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
A company cannot refer itself or another account it controls. A company introduced by a reseller is attributed to that reseller and does not earn a customer reward.
We may withhold or withdraw a reward, or end the programme, where we reasonably suspect abuse, or on notice.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and no less than a reasonable standard of care.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
